DIFK reviewed the progress achieved in completing activities by 30.09.2018 according to the business plan adopted and set the deadlines and duties to ensure the completion of planned activities by 31.12.2018.During the second session of the workshop, under the direction of each DIFK function, the activities for 2019 were determined in compliance with the Strategic Plan 2018-2022.
Senior Finance Officer provided an overview of the policy and procedures of DIFK budget, in addition to the presentation delivered by the Managing Director on the Code of Ethics and executive competencies. The Legal Officer presented the first draft of the DIFK Legislation Matrix.
The workshop took place in Tirana on 25 and 28 September 2018.
